DRONE BUILD 01 — Mapping & Digital Twin

Drone Golden Basket · BUILD 01

Mapping & Digital Twin

This build isn’t made for pretty videos. Its purpose is to produce measurable spatial data: orthophoto maps, 3D models, point clouds from photogrammetry, DSM/DTM, and regular progress tracking of the site.

Basic Basket

Carrier
Professional industrial-grade RTK carrier. We select the exact platform based on region, service, and required payload.
Sensor
Mapping full-frame camera around 40–50 MP with mechanical shutter and geotagging.
Positioning
RTK via network/NTRIP or own D-RTK base; PPK is kept as a backup precise workflow.
Processing
Professional photogrammetric processing — the specific package is chosen based on deliverable type and client’s computer.

What the Operator Sells

  • 2D orthomosaic
  • 3D model / digital twin
  • DSM / DTM / topographic outputs
  • construction progress and repeat flyovers
  • raw RGB data for GIS/AI pipelines
First, check not "where to buy the drone cheaper," but who in the region buys mapping data and which data format they accept.

Economics Before Payment

To grasp the scale: a serious RTK mapping system of this class usually requires about $18–25k capital including working equipment. In the 2026 market, small professional mapping jobs often start around $750–1,500, with recurring construction programs potentially evolving into monthly contracts.

Reference Scenario: three orders at about $1,000 each = around $3,000 gross revenue per month. With steady volume, this yields roughly 6–9 months of gross revenue to recover the hardware cost. This is not pure profit: insurance, licenses, travel, processing, software, and taxes still come out of that.

Where to Connect

Monetization channels combine: international reality-data marketplaces like GLOBHE, local surveying/construction companies, developers, infrastructure contractors, and your own direct B2B clients.

Main Purpose of the Golden Basket: not to push you to buy everything. On the contrary — to give an exact list of what this build needs and highlight separately what is not necessary to purchase.

After payment is confirmed, access to your product will appear here. It will also always be available on DePIN World under “MY PRODUCTS”. Sign in with the email and password used during registration.
BUY GOLDEN BASKET — $399

$399 — one-time purchase for the selected Golden Basket. Access to technical documentation and its updates remains yours for life. Specific models and full BOM unlock after payment.

Technical support — $99 / 30 days, only when needed. If you require an engineer for assembly, calibration, software setup, or initial working missions, you can activate Support for one month. Continuous renewal isn’t required.

Before Buying, Be Sure To

Check local flight regulations, required accuracy, RTK/NTRIP availability, typical order volume, output format, processing costs, and real sales channels. Only after that is the exact build fixed.
